The Institute is both a charity and company (limited by guarantee) and as such has trustees who are also directors. The Institute is governed by the Trustee Board as shown below.
As a company it also has members (shareholders), which in the Institute's case is limited to a sole (one) member.
The
Institute Executive Board reports to the Trustee Board.
